Every Naevum begins as a conversation and ends as an heirloom. Case, dial, hands, movement. Chosen once. Kept for generations. We build one watch at a time, for one owner at a time. There is no collection to browse. There is only yours.
Against the catalogue watch
The same watch on a stranger's wrist across the room — recognized in an instant, and in that instant, ordinary. Money was never the rare part. Intention is. A Naevum cannot be bought off a shelf, because until you sit with us it does not exist. It is drawn around one person: your taste. No one across the room will ever wear your watch. No one can.

Step 2
Choose a watch. We will add your name, initials and/or logo onto a metal dial.
Choose a watch. We will design a customized metal dial based on your input.
Choose a case. We will design a metal or glass dial based on your input. Choose the hands. Choose a strap or band.
We enter a journey together where we handpick the case, bezel, insert, chapter ring, dial, hands, case back, rotor and bracelet.

A curated catalogue of watches in steel, gold and black — many available in further colors and two-tone finishes. Diver watches include your choice of bezel insert.
For Bespoke and Fully Bespoke packages
A catalogue of cases in polished, brushed and black finishes — many with customizable bezel inserts. For Fully Bespoke, you choose from over 30 cases.
We share the current catalogue with you personally during your commission.
Steps 4 and 5
The dial is the page you will read ten thousand times. So we write it together, slowly.
It begins with paper. You tell us what the watch is for — the rooms it will enter, the wrist it will live on, the person it must outlast. We sketch.
Then the choices arrive. The ground first: metal or something special such as glass. Then the markers — numerals, batons, dots, or nothing. Then the one detail that makes it yours: initials, a date, a line only you understand, a logo, a sketch of a photo, something artistic, we're all ears. We will design something unique based on your input.
After we send you the design in digital format, you live with it for a few days. When you agree, we start the creation.

Free of signs
On every dial in the world, at twelve o'clock, a brand announces itself — and the wearer spends a lifetime advertising someone else's house.
Our name appears in one place only: above the door of our atelier.
The watch carries none of it. No logo on the dial, no signature anywhere it shows. In its place, nothing — or initials, a date, a line only you understand.
We build it. You own it. Whose name should it wear?
Step 6
The dial decides the character. What follows decides the whole.
Bespoke — With the dial settled, two choices complete the watch. The hands: their shape, their weight, their fill — chosen against your dial so they read at a glance. The bracelet or strap: steel, leather, or fabric, finished with the clasp you'll open every day. Two decisions. Then we build.
Fully bespoke — Here, nothing is inherited. We discuss every component: the bezel and its insert; the chapter ring, the quiet border where minutes are counted; the hands; the caseback, closed and engraved, or open to the movement; the rotor, and the bracelet. Seven decisions. A watch with no part chosen by anyone but you.
To accomplish a holistically appealing design, we discuss ideas and options for these parts already when designing the dial.
Some gifts are opened once, and then put away. A bespoke timepiece is admired every day.

A Naevum gift card carries no watch at all, only the invitation to create one. The recipient books their own session, makes their own choices, and takes home a piece that is entirely theirs, twice over: theirs to design, theirs to keep.
